Does anyone know of anyone that is still flashing the ECU for the Honda fury would like to get mine done over the winter having trouble locating someone that’s still doing it

Let's get things straight here.
It's not illegal to tune your car/bike. It's illegal to remove emissions components. If you can pass inspections from your local area, doesn't matter if your car/truck/bike is tuned. As well, there are emissions compliant tuners out there.
I have passed inspections with tunes on all my rigs. They can't read your ECU. Thats a special process.
Yes they have gone after tuners in the last few years, but most of the tuners used to be offering emissions "delete" services.
