Dam that would really suite the look I’m going for.
Thanks Tony :). With all the radical changes you've made on your Fury it would take ½ an hour before anyone would notice the V-Mod :D.
You need to post some pics of your Fury in your profile gallery so the rest of us can eat our hearts out .

Looks like a serious PITA, but the outcome is super sweet!
Not so bad with the right circumstances ;). Fist off, I'm fully retired so I have 'too much time on my hands'. Secondly, I have a fully equipped repair shop from my semi retirement and a lift that requires no bending, squatting, kneeling or laying down. Hurts to much anyway . Those early years of laying on gravel, later a creeper and dirt in my eyes have finally paid off. Last but not least, I know what I'm doing and I love doing it. A perfect storm :D.

I read your write up on the air filter, so if you get bored, you can hook me up with an adapter like the one you made! Beyond my ability in both skill and tools, but I sure love the look!

Now that's an endorsement; thank you :).
No problem, 2nd one should only take half the time so you can make out the check to Old Fart for $500

Kidding of course, but I just realized I have over $300 in materials alone for the 2-bbl Air Cleaner mod .

T-Mod meets V-Mod ...

Dam that would really suite the look I’m going for. I really like it. Great job Gar!
Just got off the phone with Tony and it looks like he is going to do the 'tool box' portion of the V-Mod.

Since we were simultaneously searching for pics and links during our conversation it occurs to me that it might help Tony and others interested to have the links for two related threads posted here:

Relocated Ignition Switch

2-bbl Air Cleaner

Yes and not putting the OEM ignition back. Looking into a fob system but they are expensive but I'll figure it out. For now its on a kill switch. Still have to fabricate a cover for the Tstat housing and have the parts for the new intake to wait on.

Hey Jon, doncha want a fancy chrome billet rad cap cover too .
Depends on $$ :)
I've polished the OEM one & it doesn't look bad !
I saw a few prices on the net for the Bobber intake and it looks to be $450 or so !!!! They are out for bike week so won't know for sure till I reach them
